I attended the Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday rounds at this great event.
The bus rides back to the car were very slow due to the Falcons game on Saturday and the ATL United game on Sunday, despite the convenience of parking at the Congress Center for me to get to.
The event has removed most of the public grandstands, making it difficult for the average fan to see and sit and enjoy the golf like in years past. If they are going to continue this, I would like to see designated areas for chairs like the Masters. The beer selection is horrible and overpriced; paying $12 for a 12 oz. can of beer should come with the option to pick a good one. The days of serving 24 oz. drafts seem to be gone. On a positive note, the screening at the gates has significantly improved for quick entry onto the course. The automated process made it efficient. The volunteers and concession staff were very helpful and friendly, contributing to the development and improvement of both the Eastlake and Atlanta community through this event.
